Mr. Freeman Ho is the Corporate Development Manager of Jebsen Capital Limited. Since joining Jebsen Group, he has been working with different business lines on strategic projects for corporate development and growth initiatives. In Jebsen Capital, Freeman focuses on identifying and evaluating investment risks and opportunities, managing due diligence process and coordinating transaction execution. He also engages in monitoring the performance portfolio companies. Previously Freeman has worked in both Assurance and Transactions Services department of PwC Hong Kong. He advised multi-national corporations and private equity funds on local and cross-border M&A transactions across a number of industries including real estate, energy, retail and TMT.

Freeman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Economics and Marketing from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
